Delivery & Return
How long does delivery take?

Notice: All delivery timelines are estimates only. Delivery is handled by independent, third-party courier services. This site assumes no responsibility or liability for delivery delays caused by courier networks, weather, or local logistics issues
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number.

What happens if my delivery is lost or arrives damaged?
All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before they leave our hands. Once handed over to the courier, safe transit is the responsibility of the delivery provider. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can help you file an inquiry with the courier service.
What is your return window and policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not pass our quality inspection upon arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
Who pays for the return delivery costs?
The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for all return delivery fees. Delivery charges from your original purchase are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns, as we hold no liability for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, certain items are completely non-returnable. This includes personalized goods, final sale items, and specific product categories. Please ensure your item is eligible before sending it back.
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been successfully delivered back to us and passes inspection. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. We are not responsible for independent banking processing times or delays in the funds appearing on your statement.
