Are your products made from pet-safe materials?
Absolutely. Your pet's health is our priority. All GoPoofy accessories are crafted from non-toxic, pet-safe materials that are thoroughly tested for durability and comfort.
How do I choose the right size for my pet?
We provide a detailed sizing guide on every product page. Since every breed is unique, we recommend measuring your pet’s neck or chest twice to ensure the most comfortable fit.
Are your pet toys and accessories durable?
Yes. We design our products to withstand active play. While no accessory is completely indestructible, we use reinforced stitching and premium hardware to ensure long-lasting use.
How do I clean and maintain my GoPoofy accessories?
Most of our fabric accessories are hand-washable with mild soap. For leather items or hardware, we recommend wiping with a damp cloth to maintain their professional finish.
Orders & Payment
Do I need to open an account to shop?
No, you are welcome to check out as a guest every time. However, creating an account allows you to save your details for faster shopping and gives you access to your full order history.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal for a fast and secure checkout.
Can I amend or cancel my order once placed?
To ensure your pets get their treats as fast as possible, we begin processing orders immediately. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before clicking "Purchase."
How do I use a discount code?
Simply enter your code in the "Discount Code" box during the checkout process. The total will automatically update to reflect your savings before you finalize the payment.
Shipping & Tracking
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an automated acknowledgement email immediately after placing your order. Once your payment is verified and the package is shipped, we will send a second email containing your tracking number.
When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Singapore Time (UTC/GMT +8hours).
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 5 working days and the Express courier is approximately 3 working days from the time of placing your order. This is applicable only to all Singapore deliveries. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number for allSingapore deliveries.
